How It Works:

The terminal can display two prices, similar to a gas station:

  • Cash price — the lower price
  • Card / non-cash price — the adjusted price

Example:
If the cash price is $100.00, the terminal may display a higher card / non-cash price based on the approved Edge Program settings. The customer sees the price difference before paying, and the program is designed to help the merchant offset card processing costs.
